Chef Nicholas Craft is a professionally trained chef and culinary entrepreneur with over 10 years of hands-on experience in the food industry. He attended the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, where his love for cooking - particularly soul food- was further shaped and refined. Rooted in tradition, soul food is a true derivative of French cuisine, and his training allowed him to honor those foundations while adding his own creative touch.
In addition to his culinary background, his extensive experience as a kitchen manager has equipped him with the skills to deliver exceptional customer service. He prides himself on providing each client with a personalized, seamless experience, ensuring both the food and the service exceed expectations.
